GOAL:

To complete medical studies and become part of Doctors Without Borders.

 

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:

He is tall and athletic, standing at 6 feet 2 inches. He has a boyish face with blue-grey eyes and above-shoulder blond hair. He is often seen as the all-American type but hails from Britain and brings the typical British charm, making him even more likable to those around him. He has a muscular build, broad shoulders, and a pleasant personality.

 

PERSONALITY:

He is a quiet and reflective man. Although he may be reserved, his pleasant personality puts those around him at ease.  His boyish face hides wisdom beyond his years, making him a great listener and highly observant of the world around him. He is gentle and kind-hearted but can also be naughty when it suits him. He has a great sense of humor and loves to joke around with his friends. Despite being silent, he loves participating in social activities such as sports, music, and even the occasional game night. Above all, though, Henry is fiercely loyal to his family and friends—a trait highly respected by those who know him.

 

OCCUPATION:

Full-time medical student at Oxford University Medical School

 

HABITS/MANNERISMS:

He has a few habits and mannerisms that set him apart. He is always well-groomed and takes excellent care of his appearance. When talking to someone, Henry tends to maintain eye contact and keeps his hands in motion as if he’s telling a story—this habit has earned him the nickname “The Storyteller” amongst his friends. He also loves animals and can often be seen playing with them or tending to their needs. Lastly, Henry has an endearing laugh which often accompanies any good joke or story he tells.

 

 

BACKGROUND:

Henry Collins was born to an actor and fashion model. When he was eight, his parents divorced, and his father fought for full custody. Consequently, he had to live in a boarding school away from his mother, leaving him profoundly indifferent toward her.  Growing up, he had a special relationship with his father, spending quality time together and participating in various activities. His father was always supportive of him, offering comfort and unconditional love. He shared his wisdom and experience with Henry to help guide him along life’s journey, encouraging him to be independent and develop his values. Despite the distance between them, Henry fondly remembers those moments spent with his father and cherishes them dearly as he grows into an adult.

 

 

INTERNAL CONFLICTS:

He has several internal conflicts that he struggles with. He often finds himself torn between his sense of duty and responsibility towards his family and his desire to pursue his passions and goals. He also sometimes doubts himself and his ability to succeed, despite having the skills and capabilities needed. Lastly, he suffers from bouts of loneliness which can cause him to become withdrawn when faced with difficult decisions or challenges.

 

 

EXTERNAL CONFLICTS:

Henry has several external conflicts that he faces. For one, he often must deal with social pressures from his peers or family to undertake or accomplish specific goals or tasks that may not align with his values. He also struggles with balancing the time spent between achieving success, enjoying leisure activities, and dealing with the expectations of those around him. Lastly, he is constantly presented with difficult choices that require much thought and consideration before he can decide.
